Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:
The Client shall be eligible to claim a refund only under the following specific conditions:
•⁠ Visa Refusal Due to Document Authenticity:
A refund may be claimed only if the visa result issued by the Visa Officer is officially declined on the grounds that:
The work permit or any supporting document is deemed fake or unauthentic.
In such cases, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
•⁠ Voluntary Withdrawal by the Client:
If the Client voluntarily chooses to withdraw their application, they may be eligible to claim a 50% refund under the following conditions:
The Client’s profile has not yet been successfully endorsed by an employer or relevant authority;
The profile has been active for at least one (1) year or more; and
The work permit has not yet been released.
Profiles with less than one (1) year of active duration are not eligible for any refund, regardless of withdrawal.
•⁠ Automatic Profile Cancellation by Management:
The Client’s profile may be cancelled by management under the following circumstances:
Failure to pay the monthly instalment plan for two (2) consecutive months; or
Non-responsiveness from the Client for a continuous period of six (6) months.
In such cases, the Client’s profile shall be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
•⁠ Negative Behaviour and Public Defamation:
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Client’s contract without refund if the Client engages in any form of misconduct, including but not limited to:
Publicly posting defamatory or malicious reviews, comments, or statements about the Company on social media, forums, or any public platforms;
Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behaviour towards the Company or its representatives.
Such actions will be considered a breach of the agreement and grounds for immediate contract termination.
No refunds will be granted for services already rendered or for any disbursements or obligations fulfilled by the Service Provider prior to cancellation or withdrawal.

•⁠ Consultation Fees and Administrative Charges:
In the event that the Client chooses to terminate the Agreement prior to submitting the application to the concerned designated agency/department or during the course of processing, The Visa Directorate Center agrees that all professional fees will be refunded back to the client except for the amount of AED 3,000 which is administrative/file storage/document processing costs.
Any fees paid for attestation, courier or translation fees are non-refundable.
(Please note: The above refund policy is applicable only if the Client requests cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the initial payment is made and the official receipt is issued. After this period, all fees paid shall be considered non-refundable.)
